About Rane Rose

EARLY LIFE

Rane Rose grew up as an only child in a supportive yet highly disciplined family. Her mother, devoted to both the arts and academics, introduced her to singing lessons, piano, ballet, and more. Education, however, was non-negotiable. As an accountant, her mother would create practice test questions for her to complete every day after a long day at school, leaving no room for rest. She enforced strict study schedules, requiring Rane to prepare for schoolwork well in advance. This discipline helped Rane excel academically and secure a spot at a top university. Her love for books, especially fiction, also led her to participate in a musical theater group during her university years.

CAREER

The combination of artistic and academic influences laid a strong foundation for Rane's future. With a degree in Broadcasting, a Master's in Communication Research, and advanced business studies at Harvard Division of Continuing Education, Rane has also earned a black belt in Six Sigma. She has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies within the BPO industry, including Citibank, Capital One Bank, JP Morgan Chase, AT&T, and has mentored hundreds of employees both in the US and overseas.

As an early employee at a NYC tech startup, Rane contributed significantly to its growth. Most recently, she held a business development role at a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) company that went public and was later acquired by a global software firm with 26,000 employees.

As an entrepreneur, Rane co-founded ResolutionX, a SaaS platform in its pre-seed stage, and leads ventures in BPO, branding, eCommerce, and AI. ResolutionX provides both tech solutions and human-centric services, such as contact center support, virtual assistant services, data annotation for AI, content moderation, etc. Rane has authored books on leadership and entrepreneurship, with her third and latest release, "Delegate to Dominate," focusing on business strategies. All her books are available on major platforms like Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

In the entertainment industry, Rane has hosted, produced, and executive-produced TV shows, one on NBC (Beyond the Influence TV) and The CW Network (Vegas Unlimited TV), among the top four networks in the US. She also co-anchored a Sunday morning news show and co-hosted a performing arts program on Vegas TV. Her interview with Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman on the business and politics segment offered valuable insights into ongoing revitalization projects in Downtown Las Vegas.

As a classical crossover soprano, Rane Rose has released songs in nine languages (to date), including French, Italian, Spanish, Latin, Russian, German, Korean, Scottish, and English. Her five albums and 39 songs are available on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major music distribution platforms.
